Here's where you will learn how to write without second-guessing yourself so you can say BUH-BYE to writer's block 4everrrr! You will also learn how to write quicker so you can cut your creation time in HALF. Plus, these classes are pre-recorded and dropped in our shared for you each month, so you don't have to worry about scheduling conflicts. Your class, your time.
- Monthly Hot Seat Mentoring Calls
This is where you gain accountability on deck! Each month, we'll have a Hot Seat call where you can ask specific questions (like feedback on your quarterly plan, creativity inspiration for your book, or an edited email) so you can begin writing simpler, quicker, and better. No more twiddling your thumbs wondering how you can improve your writing or writing process -- you're getting IRL feedback in real freaking time. These calls will last 60 minutes. The dates and times for each call will be presented quarterly, with wiggle room if need be.
- Monthly Cowriting Calls
Have you ever begged your friends to cowork with you...only to end up never making it to the coffee shop because of real-life probs? Yeah, the struggle is real, especially for ADHD baddies like us. Because accountability is really only accountable when it's in your face, right? This is your space to finally write the dang things you've been hoping to get around to someday! These calls will last 3 hours, and you can pop-in or stay the whole time to work together. You will learn how to get in and get writing so you can close your laptop with a gold star at the end of our session! To kick off this call, we'll discuss our unique areas of focus for the day, and then we'll get to writing. (Which means you don't have to sit in a weird writer's block limbo by yourself anymore. We're putting pen to paper, together.)
- Private Facebook Group
Okay, okay, here me out. This feels like a "gotta add more" addition, but here's the thing: Facebook groups are phenomenal places to drop questions, share wins, and get celebrated. I'm confident in saying this, evennnn thoughhhhh I'd rather have the bandwidth to throw you all my Voxer and have you contact me all hours of the day and night (I don't), because I regularly head straight to my mentor's and coach's Facebook groups when I need support - and I've created this space for you to do the same. Every now and then, I may pop in with a prompt, reframe, or quick class, but don't count on it. (Think of those times as the Cherries On Top, bby.) Instead, this group is for YOU to move around it. Ask your questions, drop your edit requests, and keep us updated on your writing journey and progress! I'll be in there every day responding. <3

3 Steps to Actually Writing
What if we could make writing like...super freaking easy? Okay, cool, because that's what we're doing. The main principle of defeating writer's block in this class is simple: Write messy, publish rough, and rework later. This is where you're creativity gets unlocked and you never choke up on a blank page again.

Using Old Work as Inspo
When you feel like writer's block is taking over, move through what you've already written: letters, texts, emails, essays, notes. This class teaches you how to repurpose, reduce, and recycle everything you've already written because I know this as well as you do: You've written gold. Let's use it again so you can create, create, create at the bat of your pretty little lashes. (So you can STOP depending on social media, google, or chatgpt to feed you knew ideas.)

ChatGPT: Conquering Blank-Page Paralysis
A writer's Achilles' heel is a blank page. ChatGPT is a quick and easy way to get words, ideas, concepts, and facts onto a page ASAP. Plus, when you give your AI a job, title, and purpose, it returns some pretty B+ starting points, supporting evidence, and jump-off ideas. During this class, I'll show you the BTS of using ChatGPT to get more than just words to fill a blank page. You'll leave this class knowing how to make AI your good little writing submissive with minimal effort so your writing sprints can last longer with less resistance. ;)

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Due to the nature of online courses, I do not promise refunds. On a case-by-case basis, I will offer a refund if you can prove you have been implementing the work, engaging with the resources, and showing up to calls (even if that is the replay). If this is the case, email [email protected] with your order number, problems, goals, and track record of work.
What is included in The Secret Life of Writers?
We will have one monthly class, one monthly mentorship call, and one monthly co-writing call. Each month, our topic will change. Each quarter, you will have an optional challenge to improve your work.
Where are the calls held?
After you enroll in The Secret Life of Writers, you will receive additional information, including the Zoom link and resource vault for recordings.
What if I can't make it to a live call?
No worries! Each replay will be available for you. <3 You can also drop questions, thoughts, and edits you'd like to be answered and reviewed in our group channel before our calls to make sure you get the info you specifically need.
Once our time together has come to an end, you will no longer have access to this material. But, if you join bi-annually (6mo plan), you will receive all 2024 recordings for the duration of our time together!
